A dedicated survey request
A structured form collects the project and property information needed to start the conversation.
Texas Land Title Surveyors / Responsive rebuild
A unified, mobile-friendly website with dedicated survey requests and a separate route for questions and bids.

01 / THE OBJECTIVE
A surveying business needs visitors to understand the service area, identify the type of help they need, and send useful property information. Maintaining separate desktop and mobile versions made that job more complicated. The rebuild also needed to replace legacy form behavior that had become unreliable after a PHP upgrade.
02 / DESIGN APPROACH
The new website brings the experience into one responsive layout. The service introduction is concise, the navigation is direct, and a prominent survey-request path sits alongside a general contact route. Existing coastal surveying imagery keeps the presentation connected to the firm’s work.
03 / PRACTICAL FEATURES
A structured form collects the project and property information needed to start the conversation.
Questions and bid inquiries do not have to be squeezed into the full survey-request workflow.
The form handlers were modernized for the current PHP hosting setup, with server-side checks and a honeypot rather than the old visual challenge.
The desktop/mobile split was replaced by a single layout that adapts to smaller screens.
04 / BEHIND THE SCENES
This is a deliberately lightweight PHP website without a database. Its job is to present the business and route inquiries by email—not to introduce an unnecessary account system or a complicated management platform. The forms do not send unsolicited automatic replies to visitor-supplied addresses.
05 / THE OUTCOME
The completed rebuild gives the business one site to maintain and gives visitors two clear ways to make contact. The useful information is easier to reach, and the form workflow is no longer tied to the old desktop/mobile implementation.
Project outcomes describe the website and its capabilities, not unverified traffic, revenue, or conversion gains.
