WEBSITE PRIVACY
Your inquiry. Handled with care.
This notice explains the information used by this website and the choices available when contacting Global World Design.
Last updated: October 9, 2026.
Information you choose to send
The contact form and project questionnaire ask for your name, email address, and information about your inquiry. Optional fields may include business details, a phone number, website address, budget, and project requirements. We use those details to respond, understand the project, and discuss possible work.
Please do not submit passwords, database credentials, access keys, payment-card details, or sensitive personal records. The project questionnaire may accept optional JPG, PNG, WebP, or PDF files such as a logo, project photos, or visual references. Only send files you are authorized to share.
How form messages are handled
Submissions are sent to Global World Design by the hosting server’s email system. Optional project attachments are validated and transmitted with the inquiry email; the website does not create a permanent public upload library or database inbox for them. The server may use temporary upload storage while a submission is being processed. Copies of messages and attachments may remain in our email account and in the mail provider’s systems. Inquiry details may be kept for correspondence, project scoping, and records of work that you ask us to undertake.
When a submission needs correction, the website temporarily preserves your answers in the server session so that you do not have to start again. They are not saved as a browser draft or sent through background autosave.
Cookies and basic security
The forms use a session cookie for security tokens, error recovery, and submission confirmation. The private case-study section also uses the session for adult confirmation. These functions use essential session data rather than advertising or analytics cookies.
The form handler uses short-lived submission counters based on a keyed hash of the connection’s IP address. Old counters are pruned as the forms are used. Hosting systems may separately keep access, error, and mail logs, including technical connection information.
Optional form verification
If Cloudflare Turnstile is enabled on a form, Cloudflare processes technical information needed for its security check. In that situation, the verification widget appears on the form. The base website does not require third-party analytics, advertising, or embedded social-media tracking.
Free Tools
The Free Tools at /tools/ process selected images, pasted text, QR-code contents and color values in your browser. The tools do not upload those inputs to our servers. An optional usage counter receives only the tool identifier, a random event identifier and a security token. MySQL stores an aggregate use total for each tool, not your work. A short-lived essential session cookie and session state help prevent repeated counts. Read the tool privacy and usage details.
External websites
Case-study links open other websites in a new tab. Those websites operate independently and have their own content and privacy practices. Private case studies may link to adult-industry websites after protected access and age confirmation.
Your choices and questions
You can use email or phone instead of a form. To ask about information you have sent, request a correction, or discuss deletion of an inquiry, contact admin@globalworlddesign.com or call 405-202-7605. We may need to retain information required for an existing business relationship or applicable recordkeeping obligations.
